Jack Morgan Brady is CEO and Founder of Hometown America Incorporated which is a Texas Corporation. Jack opened Hometown America in 1992 to provide mortgage loan and residential real estate services to Fort Bend County and the Greater Houston Area. Jack’s credentials include a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from the University of Kansas and a Doctor of Jurisprudence (JD) degree from The University of Texas School of Law. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker and Mortgage Banker as well as a licensed attorney all with the State of Texas and is the broker of record for Hometown America Incorporated.
After graduating from law school, Jack embarked in a career in the securities business with Merrill Lynch in Houston where he specialized in raising capital for tax-advantaged investments. After several years, he became a full-time commercial real estate broker involved in syndicating and brokering income properties in the Greater Houston Area. Jack is also an investor in acquiring, rehabilitating, renting and managing rent houses for his own account. He was one of the founding shareholders of Commonwealth Savings.

Complaint/Recovery Fund Notice
Consumers wishing to file a complaint against a company or a residential mortgage loan originator should complete and send a complaint form to the Texas Department of Savings and Mortgage Lending, 2601 North Lamar, Suite 201, Austin, Texas 78705. Complaint forms and instructions may be obtained from the Departments's website at: www.sml.texas.gov. A toll-free consumer hotline is available at 1-877-276-5550.
The department maintains a recovery fund to make payments of certain actual out of pocket damages sustained by borrowers caused by acts of licensed Residential Mortgage Loan Originators. A written application for reimbursement from the Recovery Fund must be filed with and investigated by the department prior to the payment of a claim.
